Book about Uzbekistan will be released in Japan

The decision to release the edition appeared on the background of great interest to the national dishes of our country.

Author of several publications Morya Kan from Japan and photographer Hiroko Hirota visited Uzbekistan. During the visit, the guests visited a number of areas, where they got acquainted with the tourist potential of Uzbekistan.

With the support of the State Committee for Development of Tourism presented the national cuisine of each region of our country, as well as historical monuments and handicraft art.
- Dishes and sweets Uzbekistan varied and tasty - Moria says Kahn. - I note that each product is used herein, is focused on the improvement of human health. Your national gastronomy reflects not only the Uzbek people the kitchen, but also high culture, traditions and ancient history of Uzbekistan.

Presentation of the book and the photo gallery, which will acquaint the Japanese with Uzbekistan closer, will be held in April next year, according to the committee.
